Elvis Presley’s the wonder of you reached the top spot on the 1st of august and stayed for 6 weeks. In 1968 elvis staged a comeback after years of lacklustre performances, his popularity then soared until his death in 1977.
He recorded songs that did not feature in naff films and starred in his own spectacular. Elvis went on to perform in Vegas in 1969.
